第十二届中国摄影艺术节暨第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展报道之一，第十二届中国摄影艺术节暨第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展开幕。三门峡市连续两年成功举办两届国际摄影大展，精彩呈现了来自全世界50多个国家、千余名摄影家的近3000幅佳作，“黄河三门峡·美丽天鹅城”的城市品牌更加深入人心
（秦晋中原网 王文辉 马犁 报道 图片来源 黄河时报等）嘉宾云集黄河畔，光影定格天鹅城。11月18日上午10时，由中国文学艺术界联合会、中共河南省委宣传部、中国摄影家协会主办，河南省文学艺术界联合会、三门峡市人民政府承办，河南省摄影家协会、中共三门峡市委宣传部协办，第十二届中国摄影艺术节暨第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展在三门峡国际文博城中心广场开幕。
中央马克思主义理论研究和建设工程咨询委员会主任、河南省委原书记徐光春，中国文联党组成员、副主席、书记处书记李前光，河南省委常委、宣传部长赵素萍，河南省人民政府副省长戴柏华，河南省政协副主席周春艳共同推动启动杆，为第十二届中国摄影艺术节暨第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展开幕。

李舸在致词中代表艺术节组委会向与会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎，对河南省委宣传部、三门峡市的大力支持表示衷心感谢。他说，本届中国摄影艺术节是在全国文艺界认真学习贯彻党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的热潮下举办的。中国摄影艺术节的成功举办，正是广大摄影工作者践行党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要体现。当前，我国摄影事业正处于前所未有的重要发展机遇期。新时代赋予新使命，新征程呼唤新作为。我们相信，第十二届中国摄影艺术节将办成一次有特色、高水准、有影响的摄影盛会，一次群众广泛参与、共享摄影文化成果的盛会！希望广大摄影工作者以本次艺术节的成功举办为起点，自觉承担起“举旗帜、聚民心、育新人、兴文化、展形象”的使命任务，用心用情用功抒写伟大时代，不断推出精品力作，努力攀登新时代文艺高峰,为新时代社会主义文艺事业繁荣发展努力奋斗，为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出新的贡献。
刘南昌在致词中向与会嘉宾表示热烈欢迎，并介绍了三门峡市情。他说，近年来，三门峡市坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻习近平总书记视察指导河南时的重要讲话精神，发力“三次创业”，加快转型创新发展，聚焦产业转型升级，打造“五彩三门峡”、建设“三地五中心”，以党的建设高质量推动经济发展高质量，经济社会呈现出平稳健康发展的新气象，2017年和今年前三季度地区生产总值、规模以上工业增加值等主要经济指标增速均居全省“第一方阵”。特别是围绕“努力成为国内外有一定吸引力、美誉度的城市，努力成为豫晋陕黄河金三角地区的省际区域中心城市，努力成为‘一带一路’沿线有重要影响力的城市，努力有更多指标进入全国地级市‘前100强’，努力在中原更加出彩征程中贡献强劲三门峡力量”目标奋进，展示出了充满生机活力、更加光明灿烂的美好前景。今年第十二届中国摄影艺术节暨第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展，聚焦新时代、金像映初心，必将深入推动摄影艺术发展、增强文化自信，也必将进一步把三门峡的丰厚历史、独特人文、靓丽生态和城市风貌呈现给海内外，促进三门峡融入世界、拥抱时代。期待各位摄影家用非凡的智慧、精湛的技术和辛勤的劳动，拍摄制作出更多的一流作品，更好地把三门峡推向全国、推向世界。
开幕式上，为“第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展”作者，“天鹅湖典藏奖”作品作者，“三门峡荣誉摄影师”代表颁发荣誉证书；国内摄影家代表、山东省新闻摄影协会主席钱捍，国际摄影家代表、来自肯尼亚的摄影家吉通加·卡罗尔·肯迪进行了代表发言。
据悉，本届艺术节期间，将颁发第十二届中国摄影金像奖，举办第十二届中国摄影金像奖获奖者作品展、全国摄影艺术展览60周年精品回顾展、庆祝中国改革开放四十年摄影主题展、“美丽中国”中国摄协团体会员单位联展、阿尔金山——中国新疆无人区映像、第二届三门峡白天鹅·野生动物国际摄影大展、中外青年摄影师联展、国外摄影家作品展等优秀展览，集中展示中国摄影创作和学术发展的前沿成果。同时，还将举办金像论坛、中外名家讲座、摄影英雄会、摄影讲习所等学术和特色活动，为广大中外摄影人送上一场视觉盛宴。
